Private yin and restorative gentle yoga lessons in the Newcastle/Northumberland area in the comfort of your own home or private yoga studio in Northumberland. 

For beginners, it’s a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of yoga and ask questions you may not have the confidence or time to ask in a group class. We’ll break down poses and focus on correct alignment and breathwork.

Personalised Attention:  The session revolves around your unique goals, limitations, and preferences, allowing for a tailored practice that addresses your specific needs.

1:2:1 Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities, offering a pathway to improved physical health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.

You don’t need to be bendy to take part in a yoga therapy session.  In fact you don’t need to have done any yoga before at all.  The poses can be adapted and props can be used, making them accessible to everyone.  Many of the physical exercise are simple warm up stretches. So no complicated bendy yoga poses.

One to one sessions are ideal if you’re:

  • Recovering from injury or surgery and need help to regain strength and stamina
  • A complete beginner and want to build up your confidence with a few private lessons before attending a group class.
  • Wanting simple techniques you can do at home to be guided one-on-one away from a group
  • Your looking for an hour of yoga therapy time for total relaxation, Yoga therapy is suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities, offering a pathway to improved physical health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
