Pre Wedding Yoga

Yoga goes beyond just physical exercise; there is a holistic experience designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, breathwork, and movement to help bridal parties connect with themselves on a deeper level. It’s about fostering a sense of inner peace and confidence as the day approaches, which is one of the most significant milestones of their lives.

I will help the bride/groom party unwind and relax, but also set the tone for the entire day. Weddings can be emotionally charged events, and I want the bridal party to approach the day with a sense of calmness. This is why a  pre-wedding yoga session the night before or as the sunrises on the day will support you to  slow down, take a deep breath, and soak in the moment before the whirlwind of the day begins.

I travel to your home/wedding destination for your practice, session lasts 60 minutes.
